Sensory drawalks

Nicosia (in the buffer zone between Greek and Turkish Cyprus), 2017

A drawing I made in the buffer zone between Greek and Turkish Cyprus in Kaimakli (an urban area of Nicosia (CY)) to prepare my performance Tone down the edge of an itchy stone. In my project Drawalks I drew my environment while walking along the neighbourhood at the same time capturing the constant abstract change in my environment. In this drawings I focused on the senses smell and touch.
